Terms and conditions – Valentine’s Day 2021

  1. These terms apply. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. If there is any conflict between these terms and conditions and any other published materials, these terms and conditions will prevail. Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entries must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid. This competition is governed by the laws of New South Wales.
  2. The promoter of this competition is Keolis Downer Hunter, ABN 89 614 205 766, 89 Denison Street Hamilton 2303 (Promoter).
  3. Competition period. This competition will run from 9:00am (AEST) 8th February 2021 until 6:00pm (AEST) 14th February 2021. Entries received outside of this time period will not be considered.
  4. You must also be 18 years of age or older to win or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
  5. How to Enter. Entry into this competition is free. To enter complete an entry form with valid details including name, email address, and phone number.
  6. Prizes. There will be three (3) prizes and winners will be selected by a member of the Customer Experience department. The prize includes a $20 On Demand credit, confectionary and promotional items with a total value of approximately $50. Winners will be selected on Monday 15 February at Keolis Downer Hunter, 89 Denison Street Hamilton and will be contacted via email and/or phone. Physical prize collection will be from the Keolis Downer Belmont Depot with details supplied at time of contact.
  7. Ancillary or incidental costs. Any ancillary or incidental costs (including, without limitation, any costs incurred in receiving, collecting or using the Prize) relating to this competition or the Prize are the responsibility of the entrant and/or the Prize Winner.
  8. Communication from promoter. By entering this competition you consent to receive electronic communication and promotional material from the promoter. Customers may unsubscribe at any time.
  9. Privacy Notice. Any personal information collected from entrants as part of this competition (Personal Information) will be dealt with by the Promoter in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW).
