Newcastle Transport are continuing to improve transport solutions in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. We want to ensure we are providing customers in the area with easy access to transport services.
We continue to monitor and review the network in line with feedback from customers and the community to make improvements where necessary.
With On Demand now operating in the area, we understand how you travel may have changed.
As part of the 2022 network review, we are considering implementing the following change:
On Demand services will continue to provide you with a personalised public transport service by picking you up from a point close to your home and taking you to a designated point close to your destination within the On Demand area.
Before we make any change, we would like your feedback on your public transport preferences in your area.
